Implement management to realize a green corporation

Pegatron Corporation Management System is composed by Pegatron Quality Management System and Green Management System, we call the PureGMS. Pure means continuous improvement towards an environmentally friendly enterprise. “P” represents PEGATRON, “u” represents unlimited & universal. Further, “re” means reduce, reuse, recycle, recovery, replacement & repair, indicating that we are environmentally responsible for our products. GMS means Green Management System. The PureGMS is established on the basis of international standards of ISO 9001 and QC 080000 to ensure all our products under control to avoid hazardous substances used or products contaminated from the stage of customers’ requests to the stage of product delivery. Meanwhile, we have established GP management system and already gotten certifications of TL9000, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and ISO/IEC 17025 to meet specific customer requirements. Moreover, through regular management review meeting, top management review performance of our quality and green product management system to ensure its continuing adequacy, suitability, effectiveness.

Training

Regular training to strengthen effectiveness

In order to make sure all employees understand HSF requirements, we have built an on-line learning system with requirements as below:
1. All employees must complete an HSF primary course and pass the related quiz.
2. Employees who perform HSF related tasks must complete an HSF intermediate course and pass the related quiz.
3. Employees who are responsible for parts approval must complete an HSF advanced course and pass the related quiz.
4. HSF re-training course is required for employees to understand the latest international green product standards and regulations.
